Summer for Justice Clerkship

Bet Tzedek selects the top 25-30 candidates from law schools around the nation as well as 5 -10 undergraduate students to participate in our full-time 11-week program. Summer clerks gain crucial skills for legal problem solving, learn to think critically about the policy implications of the legal system, and leave ready to create positive social change. Jim Adler Fellow in Employment Law

Each year, a Jim Adler Fellow in Employment Law is selected from our pool of Summer for Justice Clerkship applicants. The ideal applicant is a law student who is committed to public interest work and fluent in Spanish. The fellow will receive a stipend to support their work advocating for low-wage workers in Los Angeles as part of our Employment Rights Project.
