Aimee Williams

Aimee Williams is the Associate Vice President of Justice for Tenants, Homeowners, and Unhoused Individuals. She is an attorney licensed to practice law in California and her home state of Queensland, Australia. Aimee has been a housing lawyer in Los Angeles for over a decade, working in both nonprofit legal services and at the private bar on behalf of tenants and consumers. She began practicing in eviction defense before moving to litigating against substandard housing conditions and tenant harassment.

While at Bet Tzedek, Aimee has managed and mentored attorneys throughout our housing practice groups. Her most recent work includes supervising the Homeowner Protection Team, a homelessness prevention team for low-income and elderly homeowners that fights against title and equity fraud along with predatory lending. The team also coordinated Bet Tzedek’s response to the 2025 wildfires to provide legal services to community members directly affected by the Eaton and Palisades fires.
