Free Legal Name & Gender Marker Change Clinic

We have a FREE/virtual Legal Name & Gender Marker Change Clinic happening Wednesday, July 19th! Register for our virtual clinic HERE.
You will meet with volunteers to complete our intake questionnaire and verify information for your petition and fee waiver application, if needed. Following the clinic, we will prepare your petition & email it for you to print, sign, and file with the court.
Please note: we are only able to assist CA residents who are seeking recognition of a changed gender marker and/or who are seeking to change their legal name to conform to their gender identity.
