Bet Tzedek Services During COVID-19

In order to keep clients, volunteers, and staff safe during COVID-19, Bet Tzedek has implemented remote intake procedures for all client matters. All services areas remain available through these procedures. Individuals seeking legal assistance should call our intake call center at 323-939-0506 and leave a message. Or you can email your legal question or request for legal assistance to intake@bettzedek.org. Calls and emails will be returned by expert staff and trained volunteers.

All in-person clinics and public outreach events are suspended. In their place, advocates are holding virtual office hours, webinars, and other remote access opportunities.

Community members are also encouraged to visit the services section of our website to review how Bet Tzedek can help and, in some instances, begin an online intake application. In the days to come, we will be updating our resources page with information on the rights of employees, tax payers, small business owners, and others facing challenges created by COVID-19.
